RENTAL POLICIES

1. Sign a contract when booking.
2. 50% required payment at booking and 50% prior to arrival.
3. A $400USD flat deposit will be required and retained during booking and stay, the one that will be reimbursed 72hrs after exit (Once cleaning and maintenance crew inspects and confirms that everything is in order).
4. Small dogs are allowed (Cats are not allowed)
5. Nonsmoking policy at property. Thank you in advance.
